Ms. Felicia Mensah is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Alpha Travel and Tours Ghana. She is in-charge of undertaking projects and research as well as corporate development. She also issues tickets and makes reservation for accommodation.
She has rich and varied experience - spanning 10 years-in the travel, trousim and hostpitality industry in Ghana, serving mainly corporate and group travellers. Prior to founding Alpha Travel and Tours Ghana she workd for M&J Travel and Tours as ticketing and reservation officer where her functions included oranising tours, issuing tickets and hotel reservation.
She has let Alpha Travel and Tours Ghana to several awards in its 10 year existence including more recent Galileo Tiger Award for 2005 as the faster growing travel agent; and Agrigya Airways 2009 best travel agent. In addition, the company was seelcted as the only accredited Ghanaian travel and tours company for the 2010 world cup in South Africa by the Internation Feceration of Association Football ("FIFA").
Ms. Felicia Mensah holds a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality from GIMPA and IATA/UFTAA Standard Diploa from the Career Development Institute.
